EBA Under 13s Competition

Picture

The competition fixtures and pools for the coming season, the handbook detailing schools information within the competition is also listed below as the document is now on a flip book and a password is also required for this, the player and coach registration details are attached.  The fixture confirmation form which needs to be completed, so if changes are then to be made to a game, a new one is to be drawn up again.  The form is there, should a team complain about any aspects of the scheduling of the game in question.  Please also find attached information on school affiliation benefits.

This year there is also attached a Fixture Completion Form, this is for the home team to complete and return, by either post, email or fax to ensure the correct result is listed on the website, this does not replace the score sheet, that also needs to be returned to myself after the game is played.  The Fixture Completion Form can also include more than one teams result, if more than one takes place in one day.

If you have more than one team within the competitions, for instance a team that’s enters into the premier and conference competitions at one age group or two teams in the same age group competition, the school will need to complete a Principal Teams Nominated Players document that will show, which players will play in either team, this needs to be completed and returned by the first game taking place for either team.  No players can transfer or play for both teams, regardless if one team may progress further into the competitions that the other team.

All of the competition fixtures and pool information is listed on the excel sheet, with the age group your team will be playing in the competitions within.  The handbook is an online handbook, this also has important information regarding the competitions such as the rules and regulations, important key contacts and the details for schools that take part in the competitions at present.

Should you need to change any fixtures on the schedule due to not being able to host home games, please contact your scheduled opposition to agree the change and then inform Gail Richards of the changes once it has all been authorized.

In some of the pools, in particularly where there are two/three teams, each teams within the pool will play each other twice.  Most pools will ensure they play each team once either home or away.  Further rounds are listed at the bottom of the page for the age group in question.  Please do not leave the fixture until the minute to schedule fixtures.

Please find information below regarding the deadline dates and information regarding the 2012-2013 finals, the U17 age group and U18 women’s finals are earlier in April, therefore are working on a slightly different timescale to work with, again please see the fixtures to see the completion dates of the rounds.
